Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item. After you've initiated your refund, we will send you an email with the return label.  The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. The cost of a return label is usually less than $10 for US orders.

International Orders

For international returns, you will be responsible for returning the item to us using the carrier of your choice, and you are responsible for paying the cost of that return shipping.  

Please also note that shipping costs do not include any import taxes or customs fees that may be imposed by your home country. If your order is not delivered because you fail to pay any applicable import taxes or customs fees or you otherwise fail to take the necessary steps to claim your shipment, you may not be eligible for a refund. If the item is returned to us, we will subtract any return shipping fees from the refund amount. 


We have a 30 day, no questions asked return policy. Except when the Holiday Return Policy applies (see below), if more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging.

Holiday Return Policy

For all orders placed between November 10th and December 10th, our normal 30-day return deadline is extended until January 10th. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
