We recommend using your B37 Percussion Massager for a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group. Do not exceed 15 minutes per session. Try to maintain 2-3 full sessions per day, depending on desired result.
30 SECONDS = MUSCLE ACTIVATION
Before workouts or physical activity, glide your B37 over desired area for 30 seconds to activate and “wake up” your muscles.
15 SECONDS = MUSCLE RE-ACTIVATION
Reactivate muscles during workout or any activity with a quick 10-15 second session on the muscle group. This re-energizes the muscles by removing lactic acid and promoting maximum blood flow.
2 MINUTES = PAIN RELIEF & RECOVERY
Gently glide your B37 for up to 2 minutes for muscle recovery post-workout. This will decrease soreness and decrease recovery time.
